From sample to a branded queue
- Tell us about your product and eventSend the form with your date, venue and the products you want to engrave. We call you at the time you choose.
- Send a sampleWe test the engraving on a sample of your product first to make sure it engraves well. The sample can be returned on request.
- Agree the designYour logo, a customer’s name, a short message, or a combination.
- We engrave on siteOur team sets up before your event; we only need a standard power outlet. A typical name takes about 30 to 60 seconds.

Will my product engrave well?
We engrave on metal (stainless steel, aluminium), wood, and selected types of leather and acrylic. Because every product is a little different, we always test a sample before your event, so there are no surprises on the day.

Logo engraving questions
Can you engrave our logo on products we sell?
Yes, if the product is made of a material we engrave: metal (stainless steel, aluminium), wood, or selected types of leather and acrylic. We need a sample item first so we can test the engraving and get it right. The sample can be returned on request.
Can customers get their own name engraved when they buy?
Yes. At a launch, pop-up or roadshow the station can personalise each product with the buyer’s name or a short message, at about 30 to 60 seconds per item.
What format should our logo be in?
Send us the logo file you have and we will confirm on the call whether it is ready for engraving or needs adjusting. Clean, high-resolution artwork gives the best result.
Where can you set up?
At your shop, booth, mall activation, expo hall or office, anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. We only need a standard power outlet near the station. Live engraving is currently not available in Sabah and Sarawak.
How much does it cost?
Every event is different (items, quantities, location and hours), so we quote per event. Send the enquiry form and we will call you to understand what you need.
